Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Tornielli Family Wines delivers online orders within Australia only using Australia Post. If our nominated contractor does not deliver to a remote or specific location, we will advise you of the nearest possible delivery point. While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

• We do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us to enquire about a special order. We can offer tax free pricing.

• Shipping costs may occur depending on the quantity of wines that are purchased. The cost may be influenced by the weight of the product and your location.

• Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 and 8 business days depending on your location.

• Wine will not be delivered to an unattended premise.

• Wine must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.

• We will notify you within 2 business days if we are unable to dispatch your order.

Payments, Refunds and Pricing

• Secure Payments can be made via our order online system using Credit Card (MasterCard & Visa) or Debit Card.

• Secure Payments are processed via Stripe. Credit card details are processed by the secure payment gateway Stripe. Credit Card data is not hosted by Tornielli Family Wines.

• All prices are in $AUD.

• All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) & Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) unless stated to be otherwise. A Tax Invoice/Receipt will be provided listing GST. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time

• We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds will be given in compliance with Consumer Rights.

Vintages

While every attempt will be made to keep vintage information current on the website, vintages are subject to change. We will advise you by email or telephone if the vintage ordered is no longer available and you will have the option to confirm, change or cancel your order.
